Countin' down

Well here's a quick lil' update for ya. We had some family members over tonight so that I could see them before I go and they could say farewell and bon voyage. I'm going to miss everyone. One negative thing about studying abroad is that I miss just about the busiest time of year for our family gatherings. There are many birthdays in the spring and early summer, my cousin is graduating, my other cousin is getting married, my brother is getting a puppy, and just a lot of stuff that I'm going to have to miss- and I hate that. I'm hoping I can time it so that I can skype with my family while they're having these events. Hopefully that'll help make it easier.

On another note, I got a lot done today! I printed off my important documents, am getting much closer to finishing packing, figured out a bank I can use while I'm down under, and all sorts of madness. My room looks like it got hit by a meteorite. Seriously. It's driving me nuts, but I have to deal.

Anyways, I better get going to bed if I'm going to keep kicking this cold. It has been getting better, but I still wake up with the driest throat ever and my nose won't let me breathe out of one nostril most of the time. (Ew... sorry for that grossness) Haha but I'm gonna get better! Laterrrr!
